Two Thieves Podcast

The Two Thieves Podcast will focus on extolling God's mercies, examining scripture, and looking through the lens of a Christian Worldview. We will dialogue on current events, both inside and outside the Church, as well as reviewing other articles, videos, and publications. Like the whole of scripture, this podcast is first and foremost about God, not about man.

What is required for a person to be saved?  This seemingly simple question has been the center of much debate in the evangelical church.  This week we tackle the soteriological topic of Lordship Salvation.  How is one saved?  Is merely belief required?  Or must sanctification and works follow?  Is it a two-step process or a gradual progression?  Join us this week and we seek to find the answers according to scripture.

The Thieves take on a few current event topics that have been prevalent throughout the past week.  Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’re aware of the cultural phenomenon known as the Game of Thrones.  But should Christians be watching this show?  Does it glorify God and his sovereignty over art? We also take a look at what congregational worship should look like.  What criteria should we use to judge the validity of a congregational worship song?  We finish talking about the pitfalls of Calvinism.  How does pride factor in to a Calvinistic theology?
